1. When a PSAP Voice Gateway at a project site in northern Colorado failed, leaving a 911 PSAP working on only one line (meaning that if they had more than one 911 call come in, the second caller would not get through the dispatch, potentially causing a life-threatening scenario), one of our engineers drove 2 hours there at 1 AM to repair it.
  2. A failed router once left a major hospital without voice service for 7 hours. The issue required the manufacturer to make 2 trips from Denver delivering failed hardware and required our engineer to quickly build a brand-new, functioning configuration under a great deal of pressure.
